If the drug addict has a very serious problem, they will not be able to look for detox clinics and support groups on their own. This is why it is important that you show full support by looking out for detox clinics and groups which they can join and start getting better.
Provide Emotional Support
Once you have decided to help someone with their addiction problem, make sure that you stick to your mission and provide all the emotional support that they need. Remember that the individual trying to get rid of their addiction problem will need your assistance both during and after the process, so you need to be available at all times.
